How Much Are Water Costs in a Bangkok Condo?

If you’re moving to Bangkok and trying to work out your condo bills, water is one of the easiest costs to budget for. I’ve lived in Bangkok for 9+ years and never paid more than the below.
In our Bangkok condo, water is always under ฿200 per month ($6.20 USD / £4.56 GBP).
That’s for two people living in a 60m² condo, which is about 646 square feet.
How Much Is Water in a Bangkok Condo?
For most people, I’d budget around ฿100–฿200 per month ($3.10–$6.20 USD / £2.28–£4.56 GBP) for water in a Bangkok condo.
We are two people in a 60m² / 646 sq ft condo, and our bill is still always under ฿200 per month ($6.20 USD / £4.56 GBP).
So no, water is not one of the big Bangkok costs to stress about.
Electricity, rent, Grab rides, food delivery and imported cheese or wine are much more dangerous – especially if you are like me and Jason and love a bottle of red wine on an evening! Why Water Bills Are Usually So Low in Bangkok Condos
In my experience, water is one of the smallest monthly bills in a Bangkok condo. Even with two people showering, doing laundry, washing dishes, and living normally, our bill still stays under 200 baht most months. It is not the bill I would stress about when planning your Bangkok budget.
The bigger utility cost is electricity, especially if you use AC often or work from home. Here is what we spend from month to month on our electricity in our Bangkok condo.
